5. Wait while we handmake your kit

These Kits are customized to you! They have everything you need to paint your own picture. The kit comes with a pre sketched canvas that we design by hand in a style that is similar to a paint by number.

What sets this apart from other paint by numbers?? is these kits are in an abstract thermal imaging style. You get to choose fun unique vibrant color schemes instead of painting in realism.

You will also recieve paint brushes, and paint! Once you open your kit lay your canvas out and begin matching your paint pods to the empty spaces on your artwork. We like to work from lightest color to darkest but do whatever feels right!

Each painting takes about 2 hours to complete and contains anywhere from 5-8 different colors.

I have a no refunds or returns policy. Each product is made to order and specialy designed for you. This is a handmade product so slight imperfections are possible, but that's what makes it unique. Parts of your order can be relaced if parts come broken.
I understand and consent that by purchasing this kit I will be required to send Ashlyn Paint a photograph of myself, and as such I am consenting to sharing a photograph of myself with Ashlyn Paint. I consent and understand that this photograph will be held, viewed, seen, and used by Ashlyn Paint for the purposes of providing me with a personalised stencil of myself. I hereby authorise Ashlyn Paint, to use any photographs I provided. I consent and understand that Ashlyn Paint includes any designated artists who are employees or otherwise agents of Ashlyn Paint.

Whilst Ashlyn Paint takes endeavours to prioritise the safe keeping of sensitive information and content, I understand and consent that there is a risk taken in sharing personal photos. As a result, I understand that in the event of an unforeseen cyber-attack or other force majeure event, Ashlyn Paint cannot be responsible for such unforeseen events and the personal damages which may follow as an effect from such events.

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old.

Ashlyn Paint endeavors to comply with all applicable laws and regulations applicable to all activities carried out by Ashlyn Paint. Any terms that are inconsistent with the relevant laws are to be read without the terms existence and the remaining of the agreement is to be read in its entirety. Participants are also responsible for ensuring that their actions are legal in their respective jurisdictions.

I understand that at any time I can contact Ashlyn Paint via email ashlyn.paint@gmail.com and confirm the deletion of my personal photographs or with any further questions or concerns.

Consent and Authorisation

I release Ashlyn Paint from any and all liability which may arise from the use of such personal photographs

I confirm that I am the person authorising this waiver, am at least 18 years of age, and am notwithstanding any other issues within complete capacity to read, comprehend and agree to the terms set out in this waiver.
